Dark Prog tunes on the Psychedelic Transcendence show today ! Breger from Zenon Records featured on our last dark prog session. Cold Project Bio –

Cold project is Ian Jukes AKA G.E.M_37 (1978). Hailing from a completely different musical background, but having a serious interest in dark electronic dance music produced in early 2000’s from the likes of Son Kite, Tegma and Ticon and many more of the forest trance producers. Cold Project came to be in late 2005, with a will to create something dark and different within the local South African scene, and a goal to create music which bridges the ever growing gap between progressive and fullon trance. Cold Project aims to make music with enough headroom to get lost in, within the darker spectrum of trance. Over the years the sound has been tweaked into something special. A sound that is true to the word progressive as each live set aims to take you from the lighter side of the evening all the way into deep night time progressive. The music is serious and moody with big sounds and grinding electronic beats. Cold Project is part of Occulta Records. He will soon release his new EP Horns and Hoofs on this label. His previous EP is also available on the Occulta Records bandcamp page.
